Bulgaria Seaside Apartment is a modern one bedroom apartment situated on the third floor of the Oasis Holiday Village Complex, directly adjacent to the sea front, in the popular resort of Ravda.

The Apartment

The apartment boasts all the usual mod cons which would be expected from a modern one bedroom apartment.
This includes laminate flooring throughout, air-conditioning, a king size bed, a balcony (accessed from the bedroom or the lounge), fully equipped kitchen including hob, fridge, microwave/oven, kettle and toaster.
The lounge has a dining area and also a seating area which converts into sleeping facilities for three.
A terracotta tiled hallway and toilet / shower make up the remainder of the apartment.
The apartment is S/SE facing, meaning the sun shines on the balcony from sunrise at 5:30 am until about 15:00 in the afternoon.
A TV with cable connection, dual system DVD/CD player is at hand for those quiet evenings in, relaxing with a glass of wine.

Oasis Holiday Village Complex

This is a 7 storey, new holiday complex completed in August 2006 which combines spectacular views, modern facilities with excellent accommodation.
The complex is situated directly adjacent to the seafront, therefore no noisy boulevards, traffic or tacky souvenir shops.
There is a shared swimming pool (exclusively for use by the guests) in the middle of the complex and it is less than 50m walk to the beach.
The complex has lifts servicing each entrance area, ample parking space and lovely lawn areas surrounding the swimming pool. Next to the pool is a bar/restaurant, which unfortunately at the time of writing (June 2008) was not yet operational. However, there is a cafe on the beach front (50m away) which sells beers, soft drinks, ice creams and snacks.
Due to the continued development in the area, the 300m access road to the complex is still a bit bumpy. This however is a very minor inconvenience. The Government enforces a construction shut down period in the beach resorts between early June and late September, meaning there is no construction noise or activity during the summer months.

Situated just five minutes south of the lovely ancient town of Nessebar, and ten minutes from the largest Bulgarian tourist resort of Sunny Beach, Ravda’s location offers a perfect mix of culture, relaxation and excitement.

Nessebar The average summer temperature is 28°C (84°F), making for a very enjoyable climate, however, temperatures above 32°C are not uncommon. As early as mid April the weather can be very pleasant for exploring the surrounding areas along the coast, and from late May sunbathing and swimming should be possible right up until the end of September. In winter the weather can be quite cold and unpredictable

If sitting by the pool or lying on the beach is not for you, or if you a planning a visit in the shoulder season, for example a long Easter weekend, Bulgaria seaside Apartment is perfectly located to explore the beauty of the coastal region of this fascinating country and it’s UNESCO-listed World Heritage sites.

Nessebar is just minutes away by bus, car or taxi, and boasts fantastic Byzantine Churches, the art gallery, beaches, shops and a host of top class restaurants and bars. Just outside Nessebar, towards the main Bourgas-Varna road is a children’s Aquapark which offers slides and pools and a variety of other facilities for children.

Sunny Beach, known in Bulgarian as Slanchev Bryag, is the mother of all the black sea resorts. With hundreds of hotels, bars, restaurants and clubs and a myriad of other activities for young and old. Understandably, not everybody likes to be continuously amongst the hustle and bustle of this very busy resort, therefore Bulgaria Seaside apartment in Ravda offers the unique opportunity to be close to the action but far enough away to enjoy peaceful surroundings.

Sunny Beach offers all types of water sports such as surfing, sailing, waterskiing and diving, as well as a sight-seeing tourist train, horse riding and boat trips.

Slightly further away are the two gateway cities to the region, Bourgas and Varna. Both these cities have a cosmopolitan feel and offer many museums, galleries, shopping areas, beaches, parks and interesting architecture and ruins.
